Robert started his public singing career in small bars and jazz clubs in and around Glasgow back in 1998. In the year 2000 he was the last person to appear on Granada TV’s tribute show Stars in Their Eyes as Frank Sinatra, being one of only three people ever to do so. In the eleven years since Robert has performed live on Radio in Concert Halls, Theatres, Castles, Country Houses, Exhibition/Conference Centres, Nightclubs, Golf clubs, Hotels and prestigious bars and restaurants. His singing has taken him all over the UK to Europe and the US. In 2005 he was the Vocalist for The Sinatra 90th Anniversary Tour” with the BBC RADIO BIG BAND .They performed in major theatres to sell out audiences all across the UK and Ireland to rave reviews. Another highlight was entertaining stars and guests at the Oceans 11 Film Premiere party. He has also played with his own small band for an audience of five Japanese TV Executives in London! A more recent trip saw him entertain members and guests at Oak Hill Country Club New York a Ryder Cup venue. Robert looks forward to entertaining audiences large and small singing his favourite kind of music and to making new friends everywhere he performs.
